UPDATE: Sergey threatened to withold the electricity certificate without payment. Despite misgivings I had to pay because we couldn't get Building Control to sign off. We needed this for the mortgage. Sergey knew this. I had to threaten legal action to get him to issue it. I now have legal action as my only recourse.
This is what Sergey refers to as threatening.
UPDATE: Sergey pretended to be a customer of my business so he could leave a fraudulent review. The work he failed to complete professionally properly or SAFELY is now being rectified. County court claim coming. AVOID AVOID AVOID
